Yes you can. Simply specify on the booking form where and when you would like the car delivered/picked up.

Yes but this person will need to be mentioned on the rental agreement.

3. - May I make changes to my rental whilst travelling? [go back top]

If you need to make changes to your reservation whilst travelling, including rental duration, locations, or vehicle type, please call our head office on +351 289 580 500.

4. - What is included in the rental price? [go back top]

Unlimited mileage, airport tax (if applicable), insurace (CDW optional), 24hr travelling assistance, and 21% IVA (VAT)

5. - Are there any extra costs I can expect? [go back top]

There is only a surcharge for for young drivers [see related FAQ click here]. Additionaly there are charges for additional optional extras which are; additional drivers, passenger insurance, baby seats & boosters, additional insurance to travel to Spain and CDW (Collission Damage Waiver). 6. - How can I avoid paying the excess bail for the hire car? [go back top]

To avoid paying the excess bail the client can pay a daily insurance fee to eliminate this fee. To do so select the All Risk Insurance (also sometimes refered to as Collission Damage Waiver) option during checkout. Please refer to our terms and conditions.

7. - Until what age am I considering a young driver? [go back top]

All drivers between 21 and 25 years of age are considered young drivers. We don't hire cars to people under 21 years of age.

You will only have to pay for the car when picking it up.

You can pay by Credit Card (Visa, Diners, ClubJcb cards, Mastercard, Maestro, or AMEX), cash, personal cheque or travellers cheques.

  No, to the contrary! We have have negociated special agent rates and pass on part of these savings to you. You will find that our rates are significantly cheaper than if you would walk into a local branch and book there. Request a quotation from them and see the difference!
